Exchange & Return Policy

Please note at Singaara, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

If you face any size or fit issues, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same style purchased.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days after the order was received.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for size or fit issues and only for the same style as originally purchased.
  • Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, the new size will be dispatched.
  • In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for future purchases.
  • A detailed video showing the package being opened is required for Damage or missing item claims.

Kindly note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items purchased during sale or promotions or at pop-up stalls. Exchanges are also not applicable for orders beyond our 3 day exchange window.
