These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Singaara by Kavya website and all purchases made through it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchange & Return Policy.

2. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

As our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment can be made through the available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
  • COD orders are subject to an additional charge of ₹100.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

Singaara by Kavya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

6. Exchange, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are available only for eligible size or fit issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and quality inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment shipping charges.
  • Sale items, promotional purchases, and products purchased from pop-up stalls or exhibitions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

7. International Orders

International shipping is available upon request.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on the destination.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, product photographs, artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, text, and other creative materials, is the exclusive property of Singaara by Kavya and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
